Vertical Lathe with ATC Heavy Duty Vertical Turning Lathe Machine For Metal Processing
Our CNC vertical lathe machine is designed for heavy duty metal turning.
It is widely used for machining large diameter workpieces such as flanges, bearings, and steel components.
The double column structure ensures high rigidity and precision.
The beam is placed in front of the column, so that the beam does vertical movement on the column. There is a lifting box on the upper part of the column, which is driven by the AC motor. Through the worm pair and the lead screw, the beam moves up and down along the column guide rail. All large parts are made of high strength, low stress cast iron HT250, after aging treatment, eliminate stress to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
