This twin spindle CNC vertical lathe machine is specially designed for efficient machining of valve bodies and pump components. With dual spindle configuration, it significantly improves productivity and ensures high precision for industrial metal processing applications.
Worktable:
The worktable is composed of the worktable base, worktable, spindle components, and transmission device. It is made of cast iron, utilizing high-strength low-stress iron casting, which ensures sufficient rigidity, strength, and thermal stability. The worktable spindle bearing adopts high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings, guaranteeing precise rotation and long operational life.
Main transmission:
The machine employs a vertical shaft transmission system as its main drivetrain. It utilizes an AC servo motor to drive the spindle. The gearbox enables mechanical two-gear transformations by shifting the cylinder, allowing the worktable to achieve stepless speed regulation within the range of 0.63-63r/min.
